Absolutely flawless experience. The food is amazing and made with care and skill by pizza artist Luca. Very welcoming hospitality and lovely atmosphere. Hands down best pizza I have ever had. Clearly made with quality ingredients. Will be back to sample more of their amazing food really soon. MUST VISIT!

I live in Richmond Hill, Queens and I travel over 45 minutes to have a great meal. The pizza is absolutely delicious. My family and I have tried over 10 different pies and each one is better than the last. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Acqua e Farina since their opening and they have never disappointed! Luca (Owner) is a phenomenal chef and his wife and family are simply amazing people. They will make you feel right at home if you choose to dine in. This is the place to go for real authentic pizza. Light and crisp dough and always topped to the right ratio of sauce/toppings for your desired pie. This IS NOT a typical greasy cheesy mess of a "football style pizza". If you think these pizzas look appetizing just wait till you try one yourself! Words simply don't do justice but don't take my word for it. Give them a shot, you'll never want to go anywhere else for pizza again!

What a great find in Syosset. Came here for lunch on a whim and had a great experience. They have a variety of brick oven pizza options along with a few salad, panini, and other Italian tapas. The pizza we got was delicious and cooked perfectly. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The owner served us and was such a nice guy. This place is definitely a must try if you're in the area and craving pizza.

1/6/23 Went again tonight....still fantastic...do yourself a favor....check this place out! It is the best! The owners are awesome, genuine and just a special couple. __________________________________ What a great brick oven pizzeria! I had heard that this was a special place and it really did live up to all the hype! The staff is friendly, professional and polite. You actually feel like you are part of the family when you walk in. The owner Fotina couldn't be nicer! As for the pizza! There were plenty if interesting choices. However, my wife and I went with the traditional Margherita Pizza with Basil. It didn't disappoint. It was a piece of artwork and equally delicious! The dough, cheese and sauce were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of amazing flavor. I honestly can't wait to go back! This is definitely worth checking out!

Beggining to end, a never ending pleasurable experience. Real artisan flavors and ingredients, out of the norm ingredient mash-ups like the “Blueberry pizza” , have not eaten this good pizza since 2015 at Rome. Just stop reading and try it!

The pizza is delicious! The owners are so nice. We showed up with 11 kids and adults to dine in after a Bounce birthday party. They were so accommodating. Definitely be back!! Thank you Luca and Fotini. ...
